I remember before I was born, someone asked me something somewhere.

“The future or the past, you can choose to see one of them. Which one do you want?”

I hesitated for a moment, looking at the mysterious person who uttered these words. Was it a man or a woman, was it young or old? Nothing from the shape of its body indicated its gender or age.
